Submit a conference
Send us a call for papers and add us on your mailing list
A link to the call or a pdf of the call is enough — we take the details from the source.
What to include, if you have it
Nothing is required. Each of these just saves us a step:
- The deadline, and whether it is for an abstract or a full paper.
- The conference dates and the city.
- Whether submissions are refereed and whether there are discussants — these decide the tier, and they are the two things hardest to establish from a web page.
- The fee, including any student rate. “No fee” and “not yet set” are different answers and we record them differently.
Running an online seminar series? Send the schedule page — date, speaker and title per talk — plus how the audience joins or watches. Those go on the calendar talk by talk, because the speaker is what a reader is looking for.
What happens next
A person reads it and checks the deadline against the organiser’s own page. Nothing is published from an email alone.
